Golden Stash

Hello Lovelies!

Exciting news! I have now added enough photo and illustration prints to the shop to run a sale. For one week I will take 15% off orders of 2 or more photo or illustration prints. I really think these prints are top knotch and I want to get them into your hands.

The sleaze photos have officially been added to the shop. I showed a few of them off in the last post and here are the other two:

The Golden Stash??? I can't make this stuff up. I will continue adding to this series because to be honest, it's fun. These prints are really rich and dark, a computer screen doesn't do the sleaze justice Lovelies.

I am also working feverishly on those childhood fear scratchboard pieces. Here's a preliminary sketch of the first one:

I hope to get these listed this weekend.

As I sit here listening to Diana Krall's The Girl in the Other Room (inspiration for the female espionage series), I am pondering a couple of questions that maybe someone can help me answer. First, why are there women out there who still insist on wearing scrunchies, taper-legged pants, shoulder pads and/or suits from the Sears catalog? This bothers me folks because those looks... never coming back. I hope.

And did you hear about the lady who went into the McDonald's and ordered McNuggets and when she found out they were gone... called 911? Now what? There were seriously injuries on hold out there while she said what? "Hello officer, I'd like to report a crime?" I just don't know people...
Until next time: unpleasant dreams.

Heard a 911 call on the news one day - someone couldn't get a whopper at Burger king. Can you imagine?
Crazy!!

Why do people think a fast food restaurant running out of food is an emergency? It baffles me...

Yes there are some strange people out there...think the shoulder pads and scrunchies are scarier than the 911 calls...received my print today of the ringleader with her bonsaid elephant...it is gorgeous...will be framing and hanging...
